Premier Alachua Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties. We offer various fence types including wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, and pool fencing. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessments or if you request changes to the scope of work. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before beginning work and final payment upon completion. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Scheduling and Delays
We will make every effort to complete your project on the scheduled date. However, delays may occur due to weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur and work with you to reschedule.
6. Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that any obstacles are removed before our crew arrives. You are responsible for marking underground utilities and notifying us of any known hazards on your property. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or undisclosed property conditions.
7. Permits and Regulations
We will assist with obtaining necessary permits when required. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring that your fence complies with local ordinances, HOA regulations, and property line boundaries. We recommend verifying property lines and HOA requirements before installation.
8. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our installation services. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
9. Limitation of Liability
Premier Alachua Fencing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services rendered. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
10. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered may be subject to restocking fees or material costs already incurred. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.
11. Changes to Work
Any changes to the scope of work after a project has begun must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. We will provide a revised quote for any requested changes before proceeding with additional work.
12. Website Use
The content on our website is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our website without notice. You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to access restricted areas.
13. Intellectual Property

14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue directly. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. You agree that any legal action must be filed in Alachua County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
